At New Designs, we are committed throughout our organization to ensuring that the young adults receive an excellent education and enjoy their experience in New Designs Charter School. Ideal teacher-student ratios in conjunction with a focused academic program with appropriate support services and a variety of extracurricular activities are designed to guarantee that every young adult has a successful experience.

Over the past few years, we have continued to improve our curriculum design and instructional delivery, upgrade our technology, provide support programs in reading and math, and increase student enrollment in college classes. The dual-credit program with Los Angeles Trade Tech College has allowed a number of students to earn college credit while taking courses in high school. We offer students opportunities for future learning through college and career course sequences. We're making good progress in helping all students to be successful and at the same time, achieving the school’s vision of developing future leaders.

Thanks to the dedication of our faculty and staff, strong support from the school community, supportive and involved parents, and leadership from our Board, we are proud of our consistent recognition for high academic student achievement while establishing and maintaining a stable, fiscally efficient, sound organization that is a responsible steward of public funds.
